Refund Policy

The short version

We want Geotally to earn its keep. If it isn't doing that for you, email us — we'd rather fix the problem or refund you than hold money you don't think we deserve.

We handle refunds case by case. There's no fixed window and no rigid rule, but we're reasonable, and a person reads every request.

How to request a refund

Email support@geotally.ai from the address on your account. Include your license key (or the email you signed up with) and a short note on what went wrong.

We'll reply within a couple of business days. Agency-plan customers get a faster response — see the support terms on your plan.

Cancellation vs. refund

These are different things.

Cancellingstops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the term you've already paid for. You can cancel anytime from your billing page without contacting us.

A refundreturns money for a term you've paid. Cancelling on its own doesn't trigger a refund — email us if that's what you want.

EU and UK statutory right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. This is a legal right under consumer law, separate from anything above — not a company guarantee.

One caveat the law allows: if you ask us to start your subscription right away and you begin using the service within that period, your right to withdraw may be reduced or lost for the portion you've already used. To exercise this right, email support@geotally.ai.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong with a charge, email us first. Most billing issues are a quick fix. A chargeback freezes the account while the bank investigates, which is slower for everyone — so let's sort it directly before it gets to that.
